You agree to it when you pay the invoice whether you read it or not, so please read!
*General Terms of Service *
•Commercial use remains the artist's, including the right to use the artwork for advertisement purposes•Limited Commercial use and other specificities can be negotiated•No cryptocurrency advertisement or other related uses allowed from the artworks•Payment is upfront via Paypal invoice (other payment methods are welcome/can be discussed)•Split payment goes half upfront, second half when artwork is delivered
* Refund Policy *
•Refund 100% with no progress•Refund 50% with progress made, regardless of how much work was done
Adoptable specific
•You cannot make profits in any form from the design, commercial use remains the artist's•Reselling (equal or under original value)/trading it for other characters is ok•You are welcome to alter the design however you desire•Credit of the design is the artist's and the artwork should be credited when posted (anything made from the design doesn't, but i'd love to see it!)
* Deadline Policy*
•First sketch will be delivered a week after invoice was paid if no deadline has been agreed on prior•Final product will be delivered within one month of receiving the invoice•wips can be requested at any time after the start of the commission
